Juice of 2 limes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small lettuce leaves (like romaine or butter lettuce)

Avocado slices (for topping, optional)

Feta cheese or crumbled queso blanco (for topping, optional)

Prepare the Salad Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced red bell pepper, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
