1 large seedless watermelon

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

A pinch of sea salt

Prepare the Watermelon Base: Cut the watermelon in half, then slice one half into 1-inch thick circular “pizza crusts.” You should get about 2-3 rounds. If desired, you can trim the rind to create a more pizza-like appearance.
