1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Juice of 1/2 lime

A handful of fresh spinach (optional, for added nutrition)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: If you're using fresh fruits, peel and chop the banana, and chop the pineapple and mango if necessary. If using frozen fruit, there's no need to thaw them.

    Blend: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), lime juice, and spinach if desired.
