2 cups elbow macaroni

1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Cook the Macaroni: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Prepare Vegetables: While the macaroni is cooling, wash and prepare the red bell pepper, green onion, and celery. Ensure they are chopped into small, bite-sized pieces for better mixing and texture.
