Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 package (10 oz) flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.

Spread the Mixture: Lay out each flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the spinach artichoke mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly while leaving some space at the edges to prevent overflow when rolling.

Roll the Tortillas: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one end and rolling towards the other. Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll.

Slice the Pinwheels: Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch slices. You should have beautiful pinwheel-shaped pieces.

Bake the Pinwheels: Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy warm or at room temperature!
