1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 carrot, grated

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large lettuce leaves (like butter or romaine)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until creamy and evenly incorporated.
