1 tablespoon lime juice

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas
