Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup ripe mango, pureed

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Wings:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well to coat the wings evenly.

      Bake the Wings:

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

          Make the Mango Drizzle:

While the wings are baking, prepare the spicy mango drizzle. In a small saucepan, combine the mango puree, honey, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it to thicken slightly for about 5-7 minutes.

              Coat the Wings:

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour half of the mango drizzle over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

                  Serve:

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Drizzle the remaining mango sauce on top and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
