2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped (about 8 slices)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4-6 sandwich rolls or slider buns

Fresh arugula or lettuce, for topping (optional)

Sliced tomatoes (optional)

Sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken to keep it moist during cooking.

    Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
