200g assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, chorizo)

150g assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, goat cheese)

100g marinated olives (green and black)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup roasted bell peppers, sliced

1 cup fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)

½ cup nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh bread or crackers for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Meats and Cheeses: On a cutting board, slice the cured meats into bite-sized pieces and cut the cheeses into wedges.

Mix Olive Oil Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Assemble Ingredients: On a large baking sheet, arrange the cured meats, cheeses, halved cherry tomatoes, and roasted bell peppers.

Add Olives and Nuts: Place marinated olives and your choice of nuts in small bowls and add them to the baking sheet for variety in texture and flavor.

Infuse with Fresh Herbs: Toss the fresh herbs lightly over the assembled ingredients, allowing their aroma to enhance the dish.

Drizzle Marinade: Evenly drizzle the olive oil marinade over the entire board, making sure to coat everything lightly.

Roast: Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheeses are melting and the edges of the meats are crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm with fresh bread or crackers alongside. Enjoy with good company!
