1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup brown sugar

Optional for garnish: whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, or caramel drizzle

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dip is fluffy.

Taste the dip and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more powdered sugar if you prefer it sweeter.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

For a decorative touch, pipe some whipped cream around the edges and sprinkle crushed graham crackers or drizzle caramel across the top.

Serve immediately with your choice of dippers such as apple slices, graham crackers, pretzel rods, or vanilla wafers.
