1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

1 cup fresh ricotta cheese

2 ripe peaches, pitted and diced

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt & pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
