Ingredients

1 lb (450g) chicken tenders

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Breading Stations:

      - In a shallow dish, place the flour.

        - In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

          - In a third plate, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

            Bread the Chicken Tenders:

              - Take each chicken tender and first coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess.

                - Dip it in the beaten eggs, ensuring that it's fully coated.

                  - Finally, roll the tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it down gently to adhere the crumbs well. Place the breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

                    Bake the Tenders:

                      - Once all chicken tenders are breaded and on the baking sheet, lightly spray or drizzle them with olive oil. This helps achieve that golden-brown crispy finish.

                        - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

                          Serve:

                            - Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

                              - Enjoy your crispy Parmesan chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce!
