2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 cup fresh spinach, packed

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh basil, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
