No-Bake S’mores Bars

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup extra mini marshmallows for topping

1 cup crushed graham crackers for topping

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended and crumbly.

    Press the Mixture: Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish to form an even base.

      Add Chocolate Layer: Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips evenly over the pressed graham cracker base.

        Toast the Marshmallows: Using a kitchen torch or an oven’s broiler, toast the first cup of mini marshmallows until they are golden brown and slightly melted. Be sure to keep an eye on them, as they can burn quickly!

          Combine Layers: Once the marshmallows are toasted, sprinkle them evenly over the chocolate chips.

            Final Touches: In a small bowl, mix the extra mini marshmallows with the crushed graham crackers, then sprinkle this mixture generously over the top of the bars.

              Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours to help them set properly.
