1 cup coconut cream, chilled

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Mangoes: Start by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes. Set aside a few pieces for garnishing later.

    Make the Yogurt Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
