Ingredients

1 pack of wonton wrappers (around 20-30 wrappers)

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained and flaked

1 ripe avocado, diced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Optional toppings: Sriracha, sesame seeds, or diced green onions

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Wonton Cups:

      - Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

        - Carefully place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing down gently to form a cup shape.

          - Use a second wonton wrapper for an additional layer if you prefer a sturdier cup.

            Bake Wonton Cups:

              - Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp. Keep an eye on them to avoid over-browning.

                - Remove from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

                  Prepare the Tuna Filling:

                    - In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked tuna, diced avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, soy sauce, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

                      - Gently mix until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.

                        Assemble Cups:

                          - Once the wonton cups have cooled, carefully spoon the tuna avocado mixture into each cup, filling them generously.

                            Garnish:

                              - Optionally drizzle Sriracha for a spicy kick or sprinkle sesame seeds or diced green onions on top for added flavor and crunch.

                                Serve:

                                  - Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack—enjoy the delightful combination of crispy, savory, and creamy textures!
