2 English muffins, split in half

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.
