Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray or butter for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray or melted butter.

Prepare the Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles based on the perforations.

Form the Cups: Press each triangle of dough into the bottom and sides of the mini muffin cups, ensuring that the dough is even and covers all surfaces well.

Make the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fill the Cups: Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture into each crescent dough cup, filling them generously but not overflowing.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in your preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Cool Slightly: Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the cups cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them using a butter knife.

Serve: Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Enjoy your delicious Mini Spinach Artichoke Crescent Cups!
