8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into rounds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Baguette: Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise. Place the cut sides facing up on a baking sheet.
