2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

2 cups fresh blackberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

1 cup granola (your choice, for crunch)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Mango: In a medium bowl, combine the diced mangoes with lime juice. Toss gently to coat and set aside to let the flavors meld.

    Sweeten the Yogurt: In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference—add more honey if you like it sweeter.

      Layer the Parfaits: Take clear glasses or bowls for serving. Start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each glass (about 1/4 cup).

        Add the Fruit: Next, add a layer of the sliced mangoes (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup) followed by a handful of blackberries.

          Add Granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit layer.

            Repeat Layers: Continue the layering process: yogurt, mangoes, blackberries, and granola until you reach the top of the glass. Aim for at least two layers for a vibrant presentation.

              Garnish: Top with a few blackberries and a couple of mint leaves for a fresh touch.
