1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Fresh fruits for dipping (such as strawberries, apple slices, banana chunks, and pineapple pieces)

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt.

Drizzle in the honey (or maple syrup) and add the vanilla extract.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

Using a whisk or spatula, mix the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth in texture. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey or syrup.

Once mixed well, transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover it with plastic wrap or a lid.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and arrange your prepared fresh fruits on a platter alongside the dip.
