2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup uncooked pasta (like elbow macaroni or penne)

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional for a little kick)

1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons melted butter (for breadcrumbs)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Pasta and Broccoli: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then set aside.

      Combine Chicken and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.

        Combine with Pasta and Broccoli: Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the chicken mixture. Gently fold until everything is well combined.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.

            Add Toppings: In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole, followed by the buttery breadcrumbs on top.
