1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Pizza Topping:

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your choice of flavor)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)

1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Extra BBQ sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a small bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

      - In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with olive oil.

        - Mix until a dough starts to form, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

          - Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

            Prepare the BBQ Chicken:

              - In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.

                Preheat the Oven:

                  - Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

                    Shape the Pizza:

                      - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness (around 12 inches).

                        - Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

                          Assemble the Pizza:

                            - Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
