4 cups of water

4 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter flavor)

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

1/3 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Boil Water: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Steep Tea: Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Allow them to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea. Remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool.

      Prepare Peaches: While the tea is cooling, place sliced peaches and fresh mint leaves into a blender. Blend until smooth and the peaches are fully pureed. If you prefer some texture, you can pulse the blender just a few times instead of completely pureeing the mixture.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, peach-mint mixture, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

          Chill: Refrigerate the peach mint tea for at least 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.

            Serve: To serve, fill glassess with ice cubes and pour the chilled peach mint tea over the top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired. Enjoy your refreshing drink on a warm day!
