2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

6 slices of bacon (cut into small pieces)

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon pieces until they are crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
