4 ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Prepare the Tomato Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.

    Assemble the Sandwiches: Lay two slices of sourdough bread on a clean surface.
