Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Salad:

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

Freshly cracked black pepper, for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk together.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

        Prepare the Caesar Dressing:

          - In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
