Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly in the marinade. Let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken into strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grilled chicken strips, chopped bacon, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle additional ranch dressing on top if desired.

          Wrap and Grill: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Brush the outside with a little olive oil and place the wraps seam-side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are crispy and golden brown.

            Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill, slice them in half, and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
