Ingredients

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced cooked turkey (leftover or rotisserie)

1/2 cup diced green chilies (canned and drained)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: extra sliced green chilies for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced turkey, diced green chilies, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Spread the Mixture: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread an even layer of the turkey mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll It Up: Starting at one end, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, making sure to keep the filling inside. Roll it as tightly as possible while ensuring it doesn’t spill out.

Slice the Pinwheels: Repeat the spreading and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling. Once you have all tortillas rolled, use a sharp knife to slice them into pinwheels, about 1-inch wide.

Serve: Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. If desired, garnish with extra sliced green chilies or fresh cilantro. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled effect.

Enjoy: These pinwheels are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick and tasty snack!
