12 slider rolls (preferably Hawaiian style for sweetness)

12 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon paprika (for color)

Hot sauce or your favorite condiments (for serving)

Fresh chives or parsley (for garnishing, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Slider Rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Place the bottoms in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

      Whisk the Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until fully combined and slightly frothy.

        Cook the Eggs: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, gently folding the eggs with a spatula, until they are just set but still slightly soft, about 3-4 minutes.

          Layer It Up: Spoon the scrambled eggs evenly over the slider bottoms. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the eggs, allowing it to melt into the warm eggs.
