Ingredients

2 cups strawberry Greek yogurt (or any flavor you prefer)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup granola (choose your favorite type)

1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1 package of whole grain graham crackers (about 14-16 rectangles)

Honey or agave syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Graham Crackers: Lay out half of the graham cracker rectangles on a clean plate or cutting board.

Layer the Yogurt: Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, evenly spread about 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry Greek yogurt onto each of the graham cracker rectangles.

Add Strawberries: Place a few sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt layer. You can adjust the amount depending on how fruity you want your sandwiches to be!

Sprinkle Granola & Chocolate Chips: Add a sprinkle of granola and, if using, some mini chocolate chips on top of the strawberries for an extra crunch and sweetness.

Finish the Sandwich: Top each filled cracker with another graham cracker rectangle to create a sandwich.

Freeze: Place the assembled sandwiches in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze them for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the sandwiches from the freezer. Drizzle with honey or agave syrup if desired. Cut in half or serve whole. Enjoy your refreshing treats!
