To start, prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the clusters from sticking and make for easy cleanup. Using a spoon, scoop out small clusters of the creamy yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Aim for approximately tablespoon-sized mounds to ensure uniformity in serving. This consistency not only enhances presentation but also ensures that each bite contains the perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (plus more for topping)

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Add Granola and Nuts: Gently fold in the granola and chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture. Make sure they are evenly distributed.

Form Clusters: Using a spoon, scoop out small clusters of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Aim for a tablespoon-sized mound for each cluster.

Drizzle with Caramel and Chocolate: Once all the clusters are formed, drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over each cluster. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters as well.

Final Touch: Sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt over each cluster to enhance the flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer. Let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for easier eating, then enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
