Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/3 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or chopped dates)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray or a thin layer of oil.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, granola, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and salt. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Combine Mixtures: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture until fully combined. If you're using chocolate chips, fold them in gently at this stage.

Spread Mixture into the Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to fill the corners. Press it down firmly with a spatula to create a compact layer.

Freeze: Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Place them on a cutting board and cut them into squares or rectangles as desired.

Storage: Store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy them frozen, or let them sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly before indulging.
