Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (preferably nutty and fruity)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped, such as almonds, walnuts, and cashews)

1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries, apricots, or raisins)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks (optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Mix in the Add-ins: Gently fold in the granola, mixed nuts, dried fruits, mini chocolate chips (if using), and shredded coconut (if using) into the yogurt mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed without crushing the granola.

Line the Pan: Line a 9x9-inch (or equivalent) square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some excess paper to hang over the edges for easy removal.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt and granola mixture into the lined pan. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly, pressing it down gently to pack it tightly.

Freeze: Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.

Cut into Squares: Once frozen solid, remove the granola squares from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Place them on a cutting board and cut into squares or bars of your desired size.

Store: Place the squares in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Keep them in the freezer until ready to serve.

Serve & Enjoy: These delicious Frozen Yogurt Granola Trail Squares can be enjoyed straight from the freezer. Perfect for a quick snack, breakfast on-the-go, or a delicious dessert treat!
