Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved (or frozen if out of season)

1/2 cup slivered almonds

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: Dark chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base:

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

      Add Cherries and Almonds:

Gently fold in the halved cherries and slivered almonds into the yogurt mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.

          Cluster Formation:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, drop clusters of the yogurt-cherry-almond mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving enough space between each cluster for spreading.

              Freeze:

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.

                  Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

If using, melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth. Once the yogurt clusters are frozen, remove them from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cluster.

                      Serve:

Return the clusters to the freezer for another 15-30 minutes to let the chocolate set. Serve them straight from the freezer for a refreshing treat!
