Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

¼ cup granola (optional, for crunch)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional, for extra flavor)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well mixed and creamy.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to form a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

Add Berries and Toppings: Gently press the mixed berries into the yogurt, evenly distributing them over the surface. If using, sprinkle the granola and shredded coconut on top, pressing gently to ensure they adhere to the yogurt.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet using the parchment overhang. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into pieces of your desired size. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later!
