2 large ripe bananas

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Pinch of sea salt

Skewers or toothpicks (for serving)

Preparation of Ingredients: Begin by peeling the bananas and slicing them into rounds, about ½ inch thick. Set aside.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

      Prepare the Coatings: In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with a pinch of sea salt. This will be the crunchy layer surrounding the yogurt-covered bananas.

        Assemble the Bites: Take a slice of banana and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's well-coated. Gently shake off any excess yogurt. Then, roll the yogurt-covered banana slice in the graham cracker crumbs until fully coated. Place the coated slice on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

          Add Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: While the yogurt is still wet, sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips and marshmallows on top of each banana slice, pressing them lightly to ensure they stick.

            Freeze the Bites: Once all banana slices are coated and topped, place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely frozen.
