2 cups mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)

1 ripe banana

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

    Mix Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth and well combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure there are no chunks.

      Taste and Adjust: Taste your mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup, then blend again briefly.

        Prepare the Ice Cube Tray: Pour the smoothie mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment about ¾ full. This will allow room for expansion as they freeze.

          Freeze the Cubes: Place the filled ice cube tray in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

            Store or Serve: Once frozen, pop the smoothie cubes out of the tray and transfer them into a zip-top bag or airtight container for storage. Use within 2-3 months for best flavor.
