Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Mini muffin tins or silicone molds

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add Berries: Gently fold in the mixed frozen berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to mash the berries too much.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds, filling each compartment to the top. You can mix in a few extra berries on top if desired for a decorative touch.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.

Remove from Molds: Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the molds. If using a muffin tin, you might need to run warm water on the outside of the tin for easier release.

Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the yogurt bites on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy these refreshing frozen treats right away, or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
