Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup corn (canned or fresh)

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 lime, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Cook Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare Wraps: While the chicken is resting, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.

Assemble Wraps: On each tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, corn, black beans, and sliced chicken. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and shredded cheese.

Add Sauce: Drizzle sour cream or Greek yogurt atop the fillings for extra creaminess.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.

Serve: Halve the wraps diagonally and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
