4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, diced roasted red peppers, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything until well mixed.
