1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 large egg

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (for glaze)

1 tbsp sriracha (for added heat if desired)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Extra green onions for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, ensuring not to overmix.

      Shape the Meatballs: Using your hands, form the chicken mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.

        Bake the Meatballs: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

          Glaze the Meatballs: In a small saucepan, heat the sweet chili sauce and sriracha (if using) over medium heat until warm. Once the meatballs are done cooking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to the saucepan. Gently toss the meatballs in the glaze until well coated.
