1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons hot sauce (your choice)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Cauliflower: Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are roughly the same size for even cooking.

    Make the Spicy Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until each piece is well coated with the spicy marinade. If using nutritional yeast, sprinkle it over the coated florets and toss again.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Air Fry the Cauliflower: Place the marinated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

            Cook: Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The cauliflower should be crispy and slightly charred when done.

              Garnish & Serve: Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley. Serve immediately as a spicy snack or a side dish!
