2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt

1 medium apple, diced (preferably a sweet variety like Honeycrisp or Fuji)

1 medium pear, diced

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup granola (preferably with nuts and seeds)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

A handful of walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt with ground cinnamon. If you prefer a sweeter taste, mix in honey or maple syrup to your liking.

    Layer the Parfaits: In serving glasses or bowls, begin layering your parfaits. Start with a generous dollop of the cinnamon yogurt at the bottom.

      Add Fruit: Next, add a layer of diced apples, followed by diced pears, and a few spoonfuls of pomegranate seeds.
