1 pound ground turkey or beef

1 avocado, diced

1 cup salsa

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

12 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

Optional toppings: sour cream, jalapeƱos, cilantro, lime wedges
