1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

For the avocado crema:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 lime, juiced

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

For toppings:

1 cup chopped red cabbage

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Avocado Crema: In a food processor or blender, combine the ripe avocado, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. You can add a little more lime juice for brightness if desired.

    Season the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

        Warm the Tortillas: In the same skillet, if needed, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Alternatively, you can heat them in a microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel.
