Easy Chicken Fajita Sheet Pan Dinner

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium red onion, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Flour or corn tortillas (to serve)

Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, salsa

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Chicken and Veggies: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and red onion.
