1 medium cucumber

1 lemon

10 fresh mint leaves

1 liter of filtered water

Prep the Cucumber: Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Slice it into thin rounds using a sharp knife or a mandoline for even slices. You can leave the skin on for added nutrients and a vibrant look.

    Slice the Lemon: Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the pitcher. Then, slice the other half into thin wedges.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, add the cucumber slices, lemon wedges, and mint leaves. The mint will add a refreshing twist to the water.
