2 medium cucumbers, diced

1 ripe mango, diced

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeño, minced (optional for heat)

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)

Crumbled feta cheese or avocado slices for topping (optional)
